This policy explains what happens to your information when you use dermalbrands.com. We have written it to describe what this website actually does, rather than to cover every possibility.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. That information is emailed to us and may be retained in this website’s database so we can answer you.
When you visit any page, our web host records standard server log information, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. This is ordinary hosting activity used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, any other personal information. There are no accounts to create and no newsletter sign-up on this site.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Authorize.net. When you click the payment button you leave this website and enter your card details on their secure page. Dermal Brands never receives, sees or stores your card number, expiry date or security code. Authorize.net processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated bots. To do this, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, and may set cookies. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools here, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by Google reCAPTCHA as described above, and by our hosting platform for security and caching. If you log in as a site administrator, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run this site and take payment: our web host, Google (reCAPTCHA) and Authorize.net. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and our ongoing business relationship, and are then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host as part of normal operations.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@dermalbrands.com and we will respond.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under California privacy law to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the same address above to make a request.
Children
This website is intended for business customers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
